Kids Programming

The teaching principles are interactive proven to show rapid success. The teaching staff has years of training and this innovative program will make you a lifelong tennis enthusiast. Sessions for ages 3 through high school, offered between June 24th and August 16th.

Growing Strong is a free, youth program that aims to provide a welcoming, social environment for children to begin a healthy lifestyle. Fitness is so important, especially for young children. It not only benefits a child’s overall physical health but also improves self esteem, concentration and decreases stress. Ages 4-8.

Starting on Monday, July 1st, parks and camps will be open for EIGHT weeks straight!

Jacob Brower’s 4th of July celebration is kicking off the BevRec 2024 Special Event Season! Red, White, and Blue will fill up Lynch Park in a day dedicated to fun, laughter, and of course… HOTDOGS! The games will be thrilling, the music will be rockin’, and everyone will be sure to enjoy the water hose dance party! Make sure your child packs a bathing suit and towel… this day is going to be AMAZING

Shark Week is going DOWN at Lynch Park! Get ready to bring your A game in ocean themed games spread out across the park. Dress up as your favorite ocean animals and enjoy an (on land) life in the sea! We’ll wrap up the day with a water party, so make sure to bring your swimsuits and a towel. See you there!

Get your game faces on for a day of Olympic-sized excitement at Lynch Park! It's time to channel your inner athlete and showcase your skills at our spectacular Olympics Day event. From sprinting and long jumps, to team relays and friendly competitions, get ready to experience the thrill of the world’s most famous Games. Lace up your sneakers, don your camp/park country colors, and prepare to go for gold! Don't forget to cheer on your counselors with olympic spirit in the olympic soccer tournament!

Everyone’s favorite Lynch Luau is back in a HUGE cross-over event with Peabody Rec! Get ready for Watermelon eating, Pineapple tosses, and more Hawaiian-themed games that never disappoint! All of this leads up to everyone’s favorite event - THE MUD PUT! Kids will cheer on their counselors who will face off in a muddy, murky showdown at the end of the day.

One of the most anticipated events of the year returns to Lynch Park Tuesday, August 6th! Every park and camp will display their dance and music routines in front of friends, family, and more! Tiny Tots Day 2024 is a fun, free, family event put on by the fantastic Bev Rec Staff at beautiful Lynch Park! Bring your children ages 1-5 to play in the splash pad, decorate a delicious cookie and get your face painted. Take part in one of our crazy games or just sit back and enjoy some fun songs from the concert! Artist to be determined. Event takes place Saturday, August 10th from 1-4pm.
