This program will take place at Camp Paradise

Ready to get your hands slimy? Let’s experiment and create 3 awesome types of slime using cool, different ingredients! Ever wondered what Thermochromic slime is? Or how to make it extra fluffy? How about slime that glows in the dark? Let’s dive in, make a mess, and have some serious slime fun! 

Instructor Bio: Linda Sessa

Linda has been teaching for over 40 years. She is a veteran homeschool mom, an artist, a cook and a naturalist. Linda is a non-traditional teacher in that she is neurodiverse, has a childlike enthusiasm, is extremely curious, and meets students where they are. Linda’s classes and interactive, engaging and fun. Her goal is to empower children and families while teaching sustainable life skills. Linda embraces and celebrates diversity. Classes she teachers include cooking, sewing, jewelry making, fiber arts, exploring nature, messy science, STEAM, gardening, farm to table, arts and crafts, DIY organic beauty products, friendship skills, and psychic awareness.

  • Linda is a student of the Universe and Mom of two wonderful boys, 26 and 14 years old.

  • BA in Multicultural Education, Diploma in Cosmetology, Diploma in Culinary Arts

  • Homeschool parent for over 10 years

  • Retired Hair dresser of 30 years

  • Naturist/Multi-media Artist/Cook/Steminist/Education/Volunteer

  • Linda loves working with children and families. She loves to bring people together to share in learning and to build community. She is inclusive and meets students where they are. She has a zest for life and an insatiable sense of curiosity. She loves to laugh and have fun learning.
