$125 per person. (Note: You are responsible for buying all computer components seperately. This is simply the cost of the workshop. Cost of the components varies based on individual needs. This will be covered during the first class)

Classes will be held at Camp Paradise 44 Cole St Beverly.

Description: Ever wanted to build your own computer, but didn't know how to start? Looking to upgrade your gaming rig, or need something simple for daily use? Whatever your goals, join us at the PC Building Workshop. Discover how to assemble modern computer components, design a build that meets your practical needs, and identify parts that align with your budget.

The workshop will consist of 3 classes:

Day 1: NOVEMBER 17th 1-3pm: This first class will be a pre-build class outlining PC building, budgeting, and where to score deals on parts.

Day 2: December 8th 12-7pm: After a few weeks, during which you'll acquire your own components, we'll meet up again in-person for a day-long build workshop.

Day 3: December 9th: 6pm-9pm: Optional "cable management/software and hardware debugging" class will be held the morning after the workshop, to assist with things like installing Windows or other desired software or spending more time getting your build working if it couldn't all fit into the first day.

Instructor: Mathew Reiss is a Beverly resident and PC building enthusiast. With several of his own builds under his belt, and many hours spent helping friends plan their builds, he'll help walk you through the whole build process from end-to-end and make sure you wind up with a computer you're happy with.
