As the owner of Spectrum Fitness Consulting, Beverly’s “Small Business of the Year,” Dr. Mike leads a team of compassionate experts to bring health and fitness solutions to individuals and corporations alike. They use their unique backgrounds to assess the individual’s needs and craft creative and effective solutions to help individuals for 11-90+ finally take control of their fitness.

As a national speaker, Dr. Mike presents seminars on therapeutic exercise for older adults and the management of spinal disorders to clinicians across the country.
