BOOT CAMP: Outdoor Strength Training (7 Weeks)

Boot Camp is a total-body conditioning program designed to improve your muscular strength, overall power core strength, agility, coordination, speed, flexibility and balance. Challenging workouts for all participants from beginning to advanced. Starting from scratch? Boosting your current workout? This is the class for you.

Longtime instructor Steve Gold will help modify the workout to suit your individual needs.

Classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays 1.3.22-2.16.23 at BHS. Classes run from 6am-7am.

$135 per student
